DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS or Shipping Forwarder are our good partners, which can guarantee products delivery to the customer safely and fast.
Once payment is done we will pack the goods well and deliver it within specified time and tell buyer the tracking number when we get it. The following shipping methods will be used:
1. DHL/FedEx: 3~5 days to developed country and 4—8 days to other countries.
This is a commercial transport way, fast and safe but very hard to declare for some special products, such as DVD or fake products.
2. Sea freight/Air freight:This is normal way of shipping freego to other countries.
3. EMS: 4~10 days according to different countries and seasons. Max parcel weight 30KG per one and reject battery products, so it is not suitable for Freego electric scooters.
4. China Post: 14~20 days or more than 20 days. It depends on different countries and seasons of purchase.
This is a very economic way, easier to declare, low tax, even duty free. This is only for parcel less than 2KG.
We accept T/T, Western union and L/C.
We supply 24 months’ warranty for Security King Products.
NOTE: When the products does not work (defective or broken), our engineers will carefully judge and check whether it’s because of the product’s problem or artificial factors or poor transportation or forces of nature:
1. If it is defective parts which leads to unstable status, we will send new parts to replace to make it working.If it happens within 2 months after receipt of the goods, buyer sends the broken one to us with his own cost of shipping and we repair or change a new one and send it back to the buyer with our own shipping cost. After 2 months, buyers pay all cost of shipping and tax.
2. If it’s because of artificial factors, such as incorrect driving ways, poor driving skills, playing difficult moves, etc, the buyer need send the broken parts back to us and we will repair, pack and resend to the buyer, buyer pays all the shipping cost and maintenance fee if needed, or the buyer can directly buy new replacements from us.
3. If it’s because of poor transportation, such as missing, air crash, throwing the package here to there, incorrect placing
(side lay, upend) etc., we don’t need to bear the responsibility because our price is Ex Work price. Pls see explanation from
link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incoterms#Ex_Works), but we will assist the buyer to get compensation from the ship, airplane or express company. We suggest buyer to confirm with the courier man when he finds any missing or broken items and forward the proof to related company for compensation.
